Together with the North Georgia Community Foundation, the PWB Joy of Hope Foundation seeks to inspire hope and promote joy throughout Forsyth County and North Georgia communities. Parker Wade Burch could light up any room. His heart was pure gold, and our wish is to keep our son's light shining bright within our community through spreading joy and hope.
Making A Difference In Your Community
Together, we will make an impact in our local community. Our foundation works with many charities local to North Georgia and Forsyth County, supporting men, women, children, families, and veterans. Your friends and neighbors. Our goal is to inspire joy, hope, and support throughout our community. With your help, we can provide many types of support:
Food & Household Items
Your donation may support families and individuals throughout the community in need of food, household items, or other necessities.
Monetary Support
Through our foundation, we aim to provide temporary financial support to community members who need a helping hand or a second chance.
Volunteering Time
If you are unable to donate financially, we welcome the gift of your time. By volunteering with our partner organizations, you improve our community as a whole.
Other Support
Honoring the memory of our son by supporting this community is a blessing, and we will take every opportunity to help those in need.
PWB Joy of Hope Foundation believes strongly that every donation is important, every dollar and every minute matters, and that your contributions are everything. Our short and long term goals transparently show how we plan to support our community. This is what gives us joy and hope.

DONATION GOALS
1. Continue our fundraising efforts with North Georgia Community Foundation (NGCF) in hopes to raise additional capital that can be dispersed into our local community.
2. Continue providing assistance in any form (monetary support, food donations, and/or volunteering time) to Meals by Grace and The Place of Forsyth.
3. Sponsor a Meals by Grace Service Day so that volunteers of all ages can participate in giving back to those in need. PWB Joy of Hope will assist in preparing, packaging, and delivering food to families who have fell on hardship.
4. Provide nourishment to our community and awakening hope by preparing and delivering a delicious Easter dinner to the patrons of The Place of Forsyth. Last year we were able to serve 189 patrons; due to economic inflation we expect that number will increase within our community.
5. Donate a minimum of 200 backpacks to school aged children in need of assistance within Forsyth County Schools in conjunction with The Place of Forsyth. Last year we were able to donate 170 backpacks; due to economic inflation we expect that number will increase within on our community.
6. Donate ALL 400+ Thanksgiving boxes for The Place of Forsyth County. Last year with your help and generous donations we were able to fulfill 200 family boxes and 100 turkeys, so patrons were able to enjoy a less stressful holiday without trying to figure out how to put a meal on the table.
7. Hold our 3rd annual PWB Joy of Hope Golf Tournament to raise money for Make a Wish and grant a wish for a young boy or girl living in Georgia. Last fall we raised $15,400! This year we are hoping that restrictions continue to be lifted so we can reach our full potential this year and witness the love of Make a Wish.
8. Organize an Angel Gift Card Tree for the young ladies at Jesse's House. These gift card donations can be used for the resident’s needs throughout the year. Last year we were able to gift all 10 residents their own Christmas tree with $220 worth of attached gift cards to various locations as well as a handmade bracelet for all residents, a soft cuddly blanket, a gift Bath and Body Works gift set, tons of toiletry/makeup/stationary items, and a $500 donation to go towards an Escape Room experience and dinner afterwards.
